The Colorado Supreme Court found that Trump “engaged in insurrection," which disqualified him from the election ballot. “There’s no question that there was enough evidence for the trial court to find that he engaged in insurrection. I don’t know that the court is going to do that,” said Reinert. “And I think the court has to answer the question for itself, which, frankly, is a little bit fraught for it to do.”
