Abstract

This concert constitutes the third and final recital performance for Aleta King's Doctor of Musical Arts (Conducting) studies. In her role as Artistic Director Aleta inspired and coordinated the collaborative and creative ideas for this concert. The musical work featured in this recital performance is Karl Jenkins 'The Armed Man: Mass for Peace'. The literary work featured in this recital performance is Daniel Reynaud's recently published book 'Anzac Spirituality: the First AIF soldiers speak'. The choreographic dance work featured in this recital performance was created by Fiona Donaldson.
