About Andrew J Callaway

My primary research interest is the use of technology in all level of sport to allow more data to be gathered by coaches to enhance performance.
This is currently being applied within a project for disability swimmers using hermetically sealed micro-electronics that record a swimmers movements and display vital information to the coach without the need for expensive camera setups.
I have an active interest in other areas of sports ranging from participation to events organisation, and with a background in electronics and computing, new uses for software and electronics also of interest.
In my spare time I compete in archery, previously representing Great Britain at numerous international events.
