About Adam Babich

Adam Babich received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 1983. He teaches law at Tulane University and directs the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic (TELC). Before joining Tulane, Babich was a Chicago-based litigator whose practice emphasized environmental and insurance-related disputes. He has also served as an environmental enforcement lawyer for the Colorado Attorney General, as adjunct attorney for the Environmental Defense Fund, and as a judicial law clerk for the Colorado Supreme Court. Under his leadership, TELC has raised more than $2.5 million in foundation grants, contributions, and attorney fee awards and received the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association’s Camille F. Gravel, Jr. Pro Bono Award.
