About Adam Sigal, MD

After graduating from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in 1996, Dr. Sigal completed an internship at Portsmouth Naval Hospital and then completed 3 years as a General Medical Officer.  He completed his Residency in Emergency Medicine at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ in 2003 and joined the staff at Reading Hospital’s Emergency Department.  He is currently the Associate Program Director and Director of Research for the Emergency Medicine Residency program.  His research focuses on various areas in Cardiology and Trauma Care.  He is involved in numerous interdisciplinary projects throughout the institution as well as multicenter research studies.  His latest area of interest is improving resident education in conducting research and reading the medical literature.
