Abstract
Taking an excessive amount of time in between foods makes you hungrier for the next meal. Maybe not every single person in the world, but the vast majority of people will find this to be the case. What I do mean is that if your budget for food does not have a top limit, and your shopping trolley every week is a tottering tower of goodies, then with so many luxury foods rather than staples, then you're eating the diet of a rich person, not the 'plain' food of a simple peasant. You will feel more energized and have less chance of falling sick.
