Abstract
Opt IN USA is a U.S. foreign policy reform, judicial accountability, and human rights campaign.  Its latest, sixteen (16) page report plus appendix cites the campaign's 2016 report (totaling 73 pages with appendix), recent social science research findings, new anecdotal evidence, and new empirical data claiming to establish a de facto policy of judicial impunity with regard to U.S. legal system abuse facilitated by unchecked judicial misconduct.
