Reparations Paid and Due: Comparing the Experience of the Japanese "Comfort Women" and the Bosniak Women
Abstract
This paper looks at how international law and international institutions affect the reparations owing to the Japanese "comfort women" and the Bosniak women. It discovers that racial and gender bias operate in the international legal arena to prevent reparations law from being applicable to these women.
