Hyun Chang Yi joined the Bank of Korea in Jan. 2005 and took PhD program in Texas
A&M U., U. of Birmingham and U. of Exeter from 2008 to 2014. His research interests
include Decision, Learning and Game. He is currently working as a staff of Model-Based
Analysis Team in Research Department, the Bank of Korea. He wrote essays on Communication
via Cheap Talk, Satisficing Behaviour in Individual Decision Problems and Games.
