Yehuda Adar is a lecture in private law and a member of the faculty of law at the University of Haifa, Israel. He earned his LL.D. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (dissertation subject: The Punitive Award as a Sanction in Contract). Yehuda's main fields of interest are: remedies, private law theory, contracts, torts, law enforcement and consumer protection and comparative law.
