Ye Jiang is an IPIC Program Fellow and a second year LLM candidate at the nationally-recognized Intellectual Property, Information and Communications Law Program (IPIC) of Michigan State University College of Law. She earned a bachelor of law degree from Zhejiang University, one of the C9 League Universities (known as China’s Ivy League) with a high honor in 2012. During her undergraduate studies, she won the Best Orator and Best Essay Award at the Sixth Annual Speech Contest of Zhejiang University and was honored as a laureate of the Excellent Cadre of Students at Zhejiang University. Ye Jiang hopes to contribute to the future development of China's creative industry. Her research interests focus on Digital Media Exchange, Collective Rights Organizations, Traditional Cultural Expressions and Chinese Copyright Reform.
