Dr. Chen has more than 25 years of experience in the development of electromagnetic
materials and devices in both industry and academia. His research interests cover a wide
range of materials physics and applications, such as rf and microwave ferrites and planar
devices, spintronics materials, magnetocaloric materials, magnetoelectric/multiferroic
materials, ferroelectric materials, magnetodielectric materials and miniature
multifunctional sensors and actuators, etc.
