Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts (Honours), University of Windsor; Master in Sports Management, Bond University Winston is a Doctoral (PhD) Candidate in Cultural Studies of Sport and Exercise at Western University Canada, specializing in Comparative and International Sport and High Performance Sport. He is currently the Chair of Sport Development for Lifesaving/Sauvetage Canada, the Canadian National Sport Organization of Lifesaving Sport. He has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Windsor (Canada) and a Master in Sports Management from Bond University (Australia). He has had professional experiences working with sports organizations such as the Gold Coast Blaze (NBL), Surf Life Saving Australia, Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club, KooGa Australia, and Queensland Events Gold Coast.
