I have been Head of Technical Services at Georgia State University Library since
2009. I have also worked at GSU as Head of Acquisitions and Serials & Electronic
Resources Librarian. Previously, I worked at the University of New Hampshire, YBP Library
Services and Chester College. 

I have a BA and an MA in English from the University of New Hampshire and an MLS from
Simmons College.
