Gathering principal text from the practitioner's/judicial publication (Federal Civil Rules Handbook), the Student's Guide assembles an overview resource for law students in their study of federal civil practice. Designed either as a stand-alone work or a companion piece supporting casebooks, the Student's Guide examines each Federal Civil Rule with author commentary to each. Co-authored with Steven Baicker-McKee, Esq. of Pittsburgh and Professor John B. Corr of Washington, D.C.
