Federal Civil Rules Handbook
Abstract
Now in its 16th Edition, the Federal Civil Rules Handbook dissects each of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, supplying author analysis of the uses and nuances of each Rule, citations to leading authorities (decisional law, legislative and promulgative law, and secondary sources), and critical assessments of amendments and revisions. The 16th Edition reviews the sweeping federal "Restyling" amendments that recrafted every single Rule and form - the first such overhaul since the Rules' original appearance in 1938. The Handbook also includes an author's commentary on the amendment history of the Rules, federal appellate practice, and multidistrict litigation. Co-authored with Steven Baicker-McKee, Esq. of Pittsburgh and Professor John B. Corr of Washington, D.C.Suggested Citation
