The Handbook of Basic Income Research
Abstract
This Handbook will gather some of the most important readings on basic income from the past three decades in the fields of philosophy, politics, sociology and economics. In addition to reprinting key contributions to the contempary debate on basic income, this volume publishes contributions that have never appeared in print before as well as some texts from important European thinkers that will be made available in English for the first time. Prefaced by brief and informative introductions to each section by the editors and an annotated list of further readings, the Handbook promises to constitute a reference text for basic income for decades to come - a crucial resource for the seasoned researcher as well as the novice, and an indispensable teaching tool for courses in welfare theory or policy.Suggested Citation
