About Vladimir Benin

Vladimir Benin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Dayton. His research is in the areas of Physical Organic and Synthetic Organic Chemistry. His recent research efforts have been focused on the preparation and studies of new materials, such as photovoltaics, thermoelectrics, and specialty polymers. He has introduced in the department the routine use of modern computational methods, both in upper-level chemistry courses and in his research.
