Qualifications LLB (Hons) – University of London (2001) LLM - UNSW (2004) PhD – UNSW (2011) Umair Ghori has a background in legal practice both as a litigator and as a corporate lawyer. He joined Bond University in November 2010 as a Senior Teaching Fellow. He specialises in international trade law, corporate and commercial laws. Prior to joining Bond University, Umair taught Advanced Legal Research, Foundations of Law Research and some components of International Trade Law at the Faculty of Law, UNSW. His research interests are in International Trade Law, International Business Transactions, Public & Private International Law, Energy law, Arbitration and Dispute Settlement, Corporations Law and law of Contracts
