Professor Roberts joined the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at University of Louisville as a member of the faculty in July of 2010. She has previously worked as a Research Affiliate of Vanderbilt University's Climate Change Research Network and has held a Fellowship with the Searle-Kauffman Institute on Law, Innovation, and Growth. Her research focuses on the intersection of tax and environmental and land use regulation. She is currently using the New Institutional Economics as a lens with which to examine private governance institutions that have been developed to address social and environmental concerns.
