Tiffany Walsh practises Canadian and U.S. securities and corporate law. She has been
involved with equity financings, the sale of privately held businesses, corporate
governance, ongoing reporting for public companies, and go-public transactions. Tiffany
has experience in a broad range of sectors including technology, resource exploration,
media, hospitality, and medicinal cannabis. Tiffany was called to the Bar in Washington
State in 2012 and to the Bar in British Columbia in 2014. Tiffany completed her articles
with Beadle Raven LLP and Holmes & Company. 

Prior to attending law school, Tiffany founded Buzz Media Ltd., an online student
lifestyle magazine which she took public in 2007 on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board
market in the United States. During law school, Tiffany served as the Senior Editor of
the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review, and had two of her papers published in the General
Practitioner of Michigan (2011 & 2012). 

Tiffany graduated Cum Laude with a Law Degree from Western Michigan University in 2012.
She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Industrial Relations, along with a
Certificate of Human Resource Management, from Saint Mary’s University in 2006.
