In this Article, the authors, reporters for the newly adopted Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act, discuss extensively the new uniform act. The authors survey the uniform act's various features. The Article serves as a thorough guide to the limited cooperative association, outlining the various considerations that go into creating this business entity, including creation, taxation, allocation of profits and losses, dissociation, winding-up, and dissolution.
