College Library Statistics: Under Review
Abstract
The text of a talk given to the Iowa Private Academic Libraries on March 22, 2007. A powerpoint presentation accompanies the text. The subject of the presentation was a look at the types of statistics that are currently collected by the ALS, ACRL, and other surveys. Questions are raised as to the type of information we are collecting and whether it is of use to us in analyzing trends or making decisions related to process improvements in academic libraries.
