About Susan L Goldberg

Susan L. Goldberg is Associate Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Student Academic Affairs at Widener's Delaware campus. Associate Dean Goldberg received a B.A. from Tufts University in 1980; a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1984; and an LL.M. in Legal Education from Temple University School of Law in 1986. 


Following graduation from law school, Associate Dean Goldberg served as Lecturer and Graduate Fellow at Temple University from 1984-1986. 


Associate Dean Goldberg joined the faculty at Delaware Law School in 1986 as Assistant Professor of Law; since 1989, she has served as Associate Professor of Law. Associate Dean Goldberg has also served as Dean of Students, Delaware Campus from 1993-95 and Interim Dean of Faculty in 1995. 


Associate Dean Goldberg is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and she teaches and writes in the areas of Bioethics and the law, Reproductive Rights, Health Law, Torts and Family Law. 


Associate Dean Goldberg has been active in a number of professional and civic organizations, including the Delaware Health and Human Services Institutional Review Board and the Christiana Medical Center Ethics Committee.
