I'm the Head of the Reference & Instruction Department in the William H.
Hannon Library. I direct the department in its mission to promote a 24/7 technologically
advanced learning environment that supports individual and collaborative research and
scholarship. I am also the subject selector for Communication Studies, American Cultures,
and Asian Pacific Studies.
