About Susan D. Franck

Susan Franck is a Professor of Law at Washington & Lee University focusing on international economic law and dispute resolution. Professor Franck has authored articles in the American Journal of International Law, Fordham Law Review, Minnesota Law Review, Washington University Law Review, Virginia Journal of International Law, and Harvard Journal of International Law. She also practiced international arbitration at Wilmer Hale in Washington, DC and Allen & Overy in London. Professor Franck is an elected member of the American Law Institute, Vice-Chair of the Academic Council of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration, and former co-chair of the American Society of International Law’s International Economic Law Interest Group.
