About Susan W. Arendt

My current research agenda is focused on human resource management aspects within foodservice entities. I study the impact of employee behavior on food safety practices. In addition, I research leadership behaviors. This work extends from classroom to work setting by examining students’ leadership behaviors in the classroom and managers’ behaviors within foodservice organizations.
