The survey intends to identify the environmental factors that may prevent or hinder staff from completing their work involving the use of electronic resources in the most efficient and safe manner.

The Survey was run during November and December 2006.

Seven electronic resource systems were identified for survey. These were: • The Hospital network including email and help desk • The Library • OACIS • Homer • CHRIS (Human Resource system) • CentraWeb (Radiology) • TQEH Intranet

Results have been consolidated and are presented in sections relating to each resource.
