Dr. Shawn Apostel assumed the role of Communication Coordinator for the Noel Studio for Academic Creativity in August 2010. He completed his BA in Journalism and worked as a News Editor and Public Information Coordinator before pursuing his MA in Professional Communication at Clemson University. At Clemson, Dr. Apostel worked as a research assistant for Dr. Art Young and as a consultant in the Studio for Student Communication. He taught graphic design and oral communication at Michigan Technological University where he earned his Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Technical Communication.
