Before joining the OCU faculty, Professor Roesler served as a law clerk to the
Honorable Deanell Reece Tacha on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth
Circuit. She was also a staff attorney and teaching fellow in the International Women’s
Human Rights Clinic at Georgetown University Law Center and a visiting faculty member at
the University of Kansas School of Law. 

Professor Roesler received her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Kansas, her M.A. in
English Literature from the University of Chicago, her M.A. in Political Science from the
University of Wisconsin, and her LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. She teaches
Legal Profession, Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law, Environmental Law, and a Seminar on
Law and Social Change.
