Shahriar was awarded his doctoral degree from the Australian School of Business, UNSW where he explored service quality dynamics of mHealth in developing countries. As part of his doctoral program, Shahriar received his methodological training on innovation and sophistication in research design from Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford. Shahriar completed his BBA(Hons.)in Marketing, MBA in Marketing and a Master by research degree in E-Business Management.Shahriar worked as a full time Lecturer at East West University (2004-08) and part time Lecturer at UNSW & USYD (2010-2011). As part of his research, Shahriar has published in ERA/ABDC (A* & A) ranked journals and conferences.
