Abstract

This article aims to reflect the studies of Semiotics’ Theory and Legal Arguments to show a way to understand the legal discourse through other sources and procedures. The effort contained in this scientific work makes it possible to build a legitimate law. The methodological tasks to create this work are: Main objective: to investigate whether the Semiotics’ Theory and Legal Reasoning contribute to the search and realization of a genuine law. Specific Objectives: a) to make propositions based upon the Theory of Legal Reasoning as a way to build formal, materials and pragmatic arguments; b) to consider Legal Semiotics as an understanding of a speech based on the plurality of legal experience.
