Dr. Scott Roark is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Marketing and
Finance. He recently completed a doctoral program with the University of Connecticut with
his dissertation focusing on Security Issuance and REITs. In addition to teaching courses
on financial management and real estate finance, Dr. Roark has also participated in a
variety of professional organizations, received several grants and fellowships, and
presented at several conferences. Dr. Roark has extensive experience in acquisitions as
both a manager and analyst.
