Senate Testimony on the ADA Amendments Act

Abstract

I testified at a hearing before the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions in support of the ADA Amendments Act, which would overturn a series of Supreme Court decisions that have restrictively interpreted the ADA's definition of disability. This is my prepared testimony.
