Petition for Certiorari in Ruiz-Rivera v. Pfizer Pharmaceuticals

Abstract

In this petition for certiorari, which I filed in June 2008 and is currently pending, we are asking the Court to grant review of two questions involving the application of the ADA's protection of individuals "regarded as" disabled. Each of these questions has created a conflict among the courts of appeals.
