Abstract

I was the principal author of the Brief for the Private Respondents in Tennessee v. Lane, 541 U.S. 509 (2004), a case that upheld Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act as valid legislation to enforce the Fourteenth Amendment in the access-to-courts context.
