This presentation examined definitions of plagiarism, both intentional and unintentional; highlighted academic integrity statistics, both at the national level and on the IUPUI: Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis campus; explored student challenges with citing and paraphrasing; and overviewed the Turnitin.com plagiarism detection tool.
