A lecturer in Learning Development, Ruth teaches academic writing in the Faculty of
Creative Arts and the Sydney Business School at the University of Wollongong. 

Ruth has teaching and research interests in: academic integrity; academic, professional
and non-fiction writing; quotation practices; critical pedagogy; digital media
literacies; media and/in literature; transnational teaching and learning;
ficto-criticism; textual misdemeanors (plagiarism, literary hoaxes, forgery &
copyright/intellectual property); transnational academic writing cultures
