Rajeev currently serves as Associate Professor in the School of Information Systems and Technology at the University of Wollongong. His research interests include the implementation of IS innovations, the management of IS projects, the strategic management of IS and method bias. His published research includes articles in MIS Quarterly, Information and Organization, Information Systems Journal, and Journal of Information Technology. Rajeev is serving as a Guest Editor of a Special Issue of the European Journal of Information Systems on ‘Transforming Decision-Making Processes: The Next IS Frontier’. Rajeev also serves on the Editorial Boards of Journal of Information Technology and Journal of Strategic Information Systems. Rajeev has previously held faculty positions at University of Melbourne, University of Oklahoma and University of New South Wales. Rajeev is a graduate of the Australian Graduate School of Management at The University of New South Wales, the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and the University of Delhi. Associate Professor Sharma completed his undergraduate studies at the Delhi College of Engineering (1979-1983) and his postgraduate studies in Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (1986-1988). He received his PhD, Management (Information Systems) from the Australian Graduate School of Management. With seven years of industrial experience as an engineer with Larsen & Toubro and Siemens, India Associate Professor Sharma commenced his academic career at the University of NSW in 1997 followed by terms at the University of Oklahoma (2002-2009) and The University of Melbourne (2009-2011).
