Ros Cameron is currently a Lecturer in the field of Human resource management and
development (HRM/HRD) with the School of Commerce and Management. She also lectures with
the Graduate College of Management (GCM) and acts as a HRM consultant for Corporate
Programs. She has a varied work history which includes working overseas in the Middle
East and the South Pacific, as well as, an array of positions in the broad area of Human
Resource Development and Management within Australia. Ros is a qualified administrator of
the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI) and have used this tool extensively
with Leadership, Team Building and Communication courses in the workplace with middle to
senior managers and within University programs. 

Ros has developed and is the Course Coordinator for a new postgraduate course which will
be offered from Trimester C 2008. The Graduate Certificate in Recruitment, Placement
& Career Development is an exciting new professional course aimed at the employment
and recruitment services industries.
