Description
Originally released in 2003, this re-released video demonstrates what proactive school leaders do to promote positive ethnic and race relations on their campuses. Featured sites include a high school, two middle schools, an elementary school, and a community-based program in the San Francisco Bay Area. The video is based on the findings of the national Leading for Diversity research project involving 21 case study sites.
