Abstract

Creating a public school culture with a “success for all” approach is no easy task. Cultural diversity is growing and student demographics are rapidly changing. This workshop is designed to inform participants on critical best practices and recipes needed to stop educators from “admiring our problems.” The goal is to overcome the cultural barriers in the school setting.
