Professor Sullivan teaches U.S. Constitutional law, Global Climate Change, and Maritime law at Florida Coastal School of Law at Jacksonville, Florida. He holds a Masters of International and Comparative Law from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, and Bachelor of Science degrees in Marine Engineering and Marine Transportation from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point. Professor Sullivan practiced admiralty and maritime law before becoming a law professor, and has appeared before the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and numerous federal and state courts in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. He is listed by Martindale Hubbell/Lexis-Nexis as among the Preeminent Lawyers in the United States.
