Richard J. Perle, who is Chair of the Finance + AIMS Department, has been teaching at Loyola Marymount University since 1975. He is an expert in Management of Information Technology, Management Science, and Operations Management. Perle also served as the Director of LMU’s University Computing Services and Director of the Business Research Center. Outside of academia, Perle was a consultant in management science/operations research as well as marketing research, a financial analyst, data acquisition systems engineer, electronic engineering specialist, and a product planning engineer for various organizations in California and across the country. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Alpha Kappa Psi, Omega Rho, and the Society for Information Management.
