About Richard K. Ghere

Richard K. Ghere is associate professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Dayton. He received his Ph.D. in political science from Wayne State University in 1975. His books include Ethics and Public Management, first edition (2005) and second edition (2013), both co-edited with H. George Frederickson; NGO Leadership and Human Rights (2012); and Rhetoric in Human Rights Advocacy (2015). He has published many articles on public ethics and public-private partnerships.
