Abstract

What Law is cannot be decided a priori, as one delineates a mathematical axiom, taking out, mentally, the consequences of that abstract “utopia”. What is Jurisprudence cannot also be accessed by any dogma, decided by the pseudo-auctoritas of the "tyranny of the logos,". Instead, the cognitive access to the philosophy of law can only be a patient topical work. And this topical procedure includes the epistemic topoi. This article is a reflection on the multidimensional topical epistemology on law and philosophy of law, which is also important as a way to the knowledge of their "being." Resulting in an exercise of onto-epistemology juridical inquiry.
