Peter has more than thirty years experience working in senior management roles in the public sector, the mining industry and in higher education. He has been a CEO for two start-up companies and been on the board of directors of several organisations. He has worked with CEO’s and executive teams as a coach and with boards of directors to undertake performance evaluations. He has been a consultant to a number of national organisations and is an author of eleven books. He retired in 2011 as an Associate Professor in the Southern Cross Business School, Southern Cross University, NSW, Australia. Over a career with SCU, he has held the positions of Associate Dean and Dean, Director Graduate Studies and Research, Director Doctor of Business Administration program and Director, International Centre for Professional Doctorates.
