Professor Dillon, as a Peace Corps Volunteer, was a member of the law faculty at the
University of Liberia, West Africa, and practiced law with the Aspen, Colo., firm of
Robert Grueter and Associates. He is the faculty sponsor of the Jessup international law
interscholastic moot court team. He is also a member of the legislative review
subcommittees of the Oklahoma Bar Association Section of Financial Institutions and
Commercial Law considering the revision of Uniform Commercial Code Articles 1, 2, 2a, 3,
4 and 7. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section and its
Committees on Commercial Financial Services and the Uniform Commercial Code. 

Professor Dillon received his B.A. from Syracuse University, J.D. from Fordham
University, and LL.M. from the University of Texas. He teaches Contracts, Sales and
Leases, and Secured Transactions.
