Professor Dalley practiced corporate law with the New York firm Cravath, Swaine
& Moore and was a member of the faculty at Chicago-Kent College of Law before joining
the faculty at OCU LAW. 

Professor Dalley received her A.B. from Princeton University, J.D. from Harvard
University, and LL.M. from New York University. She teaches Corporations, Agency and
Partnership, English Legal History, and Property.
