Dr. Pam Springer holds a Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis in higher education administration from the University of Idaho, an M.S. in Nursing Administration from California State in Fresno, and a B.S. in Nursing from Idaho State University. Dr. Springer serves as Associate Dean in the College of Health Sciences and Director of the School of Nursing. Her current research efforts are in organizational culture in higher education and Community Based Participatory Research with African refugees focusing on communication in health care.
